Items must be unworn, unaltered and original tags must be attached to be eligible for return.
Items must be shipped back and postmarked within 14 days for store credit only.
The buyer must pay shipping charges to return.
Any items marked sale will not be accepted for return or exchange - This includes any items not sold at full price which would include Flash Sales, Private Sales, Items discounted over 25%, or any form of deep discount coupon codes (ex. 30%+ off)
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns are handled within 5 business days of receiving your return. We'll send you an email confirmation when your online store credit has been issued.
All orders ship for FREE.
Most items ship within 2-3 days, sometimes we do preorder and restocks that take up to a week, all of our shipping times are listed at the top of each style.
Tracking information is emailed to the customer as soon as the shipment is fulfilled and ready to be shipped out from Dallas.

All packages are prepared for delivery and ready to ship within 2-3 days unless it is a preorder or we restocked the item
