• Items must be unworn, unaltered and original tags must be attached to be eligible for return.
  • Items must be shipped back and postmarked within 14 days for store credit only. 
  • Buyer must pay shipping charges to return. 
  • Any items marked sale will not be accepted for return or exchange - This includes any items not sold at full price which would include Flash Sales, Private Sales, Items discounted over 25%, or any form of deep discount coupon codes (ex. 30%+ off)
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Returns are handled within 5 business days of receiving your return. We'll send you an email confirmation when your online store credit has been issued.

  • Most items ship within 2-3 days, sometimes we do preorder and restocks that take up to a week, all of our shipping times are listed at the top of each style
  • Tracking information is emailed to the customer as soon as shipment is fulfilled and ready to be shipped out from Dallas
